In the last two years I have become passionate about sourdough, in 2016 I entered the 'Tiptree World Bread Awards' i won a gold for my country sourdough, i was then awarded category winner. I also won a silver for my toasted sesame sourdough and olive, lemon and rosemary sourdough focaccia.
2016 I was also king of the sourdough, the competition run by Hobbs House Bakery with a Chocolate Sourdough which was encrusted with chopped Hazelnuts and cocoa and filled with hazelnuts, chocolate and raisins soaked in cointreau.
Currently i bake twice a week selling to local people, contact me to be put on my list for regular bread orders.
