Baking Courses 

TWO DAY IMMERSIVE PLANT BASED SWEET BAKES COURSE OCTOBER 15TH & 16TH £195.00/PERSON

A two day course focused on baking plant based sweet treats with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes.

Held at Exeter Community Centre in the Radford Kitchen.

Over the two days you will learn how to make a seasonal biscuit, energised bar, baked sponge cake and raw cake using natural ingredients, unrefined sugars and how to infuse amazing flavours into your creations using essential oils.

Before the course starts you will be asked which flavour of raw and baked cake you would like to make.

Day One will involve the creation of your treats and Day Two will involve finishing and decorating them.

We will share a plant based feast for lunch on Saturday made by Sarah.

On Saturday you will make a delicious breakfast for Sunday which will be a time to ask more questions and talk about how to finish your creations using seasonal fruit and flowers. You’ll have a chance to purchase any of the oils used on the course at wholesale price.

Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 9.30-12.30

 

ONE DAY IMMERSIVE PLANT BASED CHRISTMAS BAKING COURSE DECEMBER 10TH £120.00/PERSON

A one day course focused on baking plant based sweet treats with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes.

Held at Exeter Community Centre in the Radford Kitchen.

On the day you will learn how to make some beautiful sweet bakes to impress your family and friends over the Christmas period. Make a Christmas pudding, Mincepies, a Seasonal Biscuit, and Festive Tart using natural ingredients, unrefined sugars and learn how to infuse amazing flavours into your creations using essential oils.

You’ll have a chance to purchase any of the oils used on the course at wholesale price.

We will share a plant based feast for lunch made by Sarah.
