A one day course focused on Baking for Christmas with Sarah Raisbeck, author of Natural Sweet Bakes.

£50 Non Returnable Deposit on Booking. £100 remaining to be paid on the day.

Held at her home in Compton, South Devon, near Totnes.

On the day you will learn how to make some beautiful bakes to impress your family and friends over the Christmas period. A Christmas pudding (previously a gold taste award winner), Sourdough Focaccia (also an award winner), Rye Bread a Festive Tart and Truffles using natural, local (where possible) ingredients and unrefined sugars.

We will begin the day with making the focaccia, rye bread and pudding. We will break for a seasonal lunch to enjoy together finishing the day with our tarts and truffles. Baking the bread at the end of the day. You will leave with full hands of your baked goods.

Arrive for 9.30 to begin at 9.50. Finish 3.30-3.45. Only 4 people per course.
