A full day with Emma Estrela a International Wim Hof Instructor.

Emma is the only advanced lead academy Wim Hof method instructor in the UK, train the trainers and first and only UK instructor to be selected for the Wim Hof Method Global Community Board, the highest possible.

Come and experience Breathwork and Cold Exposure in a beautiful location at Meadowfields Campsite, Dartington, South Devon.

The breath work will take place in the barn on site with the luxury of under floor heating.

Located next to the River Dart we will be use the river for the cold immersion after the breath session.

An optional extra of an ice bath will be available in the afternoon after the river dip.

The day is hosted by Nick and Robin who own Meadowfields and Sarah Raisbeck who will feed you warm, comforting and indulgent food.

A vegetarian organic feast to finish the day and a chance to talk to Emma and ask questions.

Arrive at 9.30 for a 10.00 start, you will be welcomed with tea, coffee, fresh juice and a fuelled snack.

Make sure to eat a good breakfast before you come as we won’t eat until mid afternoon after the breath work and cold exposure.
