If ever there was a recipe with a story or family history connected to it, it would certainly be the Christmas Pudding. This pudding was made when I was a child, passed down through generations.

If you shy away from the usual heavy rich puddings, then this is for you. This pudding is quite the opposite. It is light in texture and colour. A few years ago, this pudding won a gold taste award.

Made with organic milk and eggs and ancient grain flours.
